Our boutiques located in Noosa and Melbourne only offer returns on items deemed faulty within 14 days of purchase. If an item is deemed faulty we will happily refund the garment. Otherwise we only offer a credit note for a change of mind in our bricks and mortar stores. For online purchases we do offer a refund for change of mind.
Our online store offers refunds on all full priced purchases up to 14 days after receipt of goods. Items must be returned new, unused and with all Who Invited Her garment tags attached. Returned garments which are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back.
Who Invited Her can not process refunds or exchanges in store for purchases made online. To return an item , simply follow these steps:
Call or email the online team at email@example.com for a Return Authorisation number (RA number). Write your RA number on a piece of paper and place inside post pack with your returned item. We recommend you send returns via registered post or express post as Who Invited Her does not take responsibility for loss of items being
returned. Post the return form along with the item(s) to:

Once items have been received by our office, please allow 3 business days for the return to be processed and 3 business days for refunds to be credited to your account.
Sales and Discounted Items
Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any discounted products, including sale products or products discounted through marketing and promotions. Subject to obligations under consumer law, sale items can not be returned for a refund or store credit. All sales are final.
In order to offer our customers the most efficient service we do not offer exchanges. We ask that you please place a second order for your preferred item. Then follow our return policy above and once we receive your return we will credit your account.
Faulty or incorrect items will be refunded and WIH will pay the postage costs for replacement items. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. WIH reserves the right to inspect returned items and deny refund if the garments are in saleable condition. To avoid damage to garments, please remove jewellery before trying on garments and leave all tags and accessories attached until you are happy with your purchase. Lost or Damaged Goods
If goods are lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 working days of placing your order so that we can investigate the surrounding circumstances.
